    homeLA presents Home Under One’s Skin, a site-responsive solo dance performance by Marcella Lewis activating public memory, care, and Black communal histories at the  Historic Belmar Park in Santa Monica.

  • homeLA's Director presenting at CAM, March 2026

    homeLA Director, Chloë Flores, will present alongside Alex Sloane (MOCA) and Amanda Sroka (ICA, LA) in a panel moderated by Samuel Vasquez at the California Association of Museum’s conference in March.

    The panel, Reframing Care: Equity and Institutional Shifts for Performance in Museums, offers curatorial reflections and actionable strategies for reframing institutional care—examining how performer care was approached, what could be strengthened through shared practices, and identifying where gaps still remain.
